Report Code of Conduct Violation Form

This form is not an emergency contact system and is not monitored 24 hours a day. Anyone experiencing or witnessing behaviour that constitutes an immediate or serious threat to public safety, or a criminal act, is expected to contact the appropriate law enforcement agency. Those witnessing a potential criminal act should also take actions necessary to maintain their own personal safety.

Please use this form to report a violation of the code of conduct: at a Palaeontological Association Meeting; relating to a member of the Association; or regarding publication misconduct, including plagiarism or fabrication or falsification of results. Reports can be anonymous. Your report will be sent to The Palaeontological Association Executive Officer and the head of the Ethics Committee.
